Our 5,280 sq ft residence features 6 comfortable bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, fully furnished and move-in ready. Large windows flood the home with natural light, and the peaceful setting provides a calming environment for recovery. You’ll have access to beautiful outdoor space on over 1 acre of grounds — perfect for reflection, exercise, and community activities.

At Canyon House, you’ll live alongside women committed to their sobriety. Our peer-led community environment means: Accountability built through shared responsibility and peer support. Weekly house meetings focused on community wellness and celebrating wins. Peer mentorship and support from experienced house managers. A safe space to build lasting friendships with people who “get it.” Recovery is not just tolerated — it’s celebrated and encouraged.

📋 HOW CANYON HOUSE WORKS

Active Recovery Requirement

Everyone at Canyon House is actively participating in their recovery. This means: Attending 12-step meetings, outpatient treatment (IOP), or other recovery services. Engaging in productive activities: employment, school, or volunteering. No sitting on the sidelines — your recovery is everyone’s priority.

Community Expectations

We maintain a substance-free community. All residents commit to: Zero tolerance for drugs, alcohol, and non-prescribed medications. Any resident can request a drug test of any other resident at any time (peer accountability is part of our culture). Respect for housemates and shared spaces. Participation in household chores and cleaning (houses are kept very clean). Mandatory attendance at weekly house meetings. Support for other residents’ recovery journeys.

Curfew & Guest Policy

Curfew varies based on work schedules (flexible for night shift workers). NO overnight guests — this protects the safety and integrity of our community. Limited daytime visits are welcome with approval.

Move-In Process

1. Application — Have a conversation with Steve, our Operations Manager and with Jen, our Women’s Housing Director

2. Approval Decision — Steve will either approve you or recommend a different community that might be a better fit

3. Lease Signing — Sign your month-to-month lease and move in

4. Welcome Home — Get settled, meet your housemates, start your recovery journey

💰 RATES & MOVE-IN

Shared Room: $850/month (ALL-INCLUSIVE)

Move-In Cost: $300 (Security Deposit: $0)
