Curfew & Guest Policy
Curfew varies based on work schedules (flexible for night shift workers). NO overnight guests — this protects the safety and integrity of our community. Limited daytime visits are welcome with approval.
Move-In Process
1. Application — Have a conversation with Steve, our Operations Manager
2. Approval Decision — Steve will either approve you or recommend a different community that might be a better fit
3. Lease Signing — Sign your month-to-month lease and move in
4. Welcome Home — Get settled, meet your housemates, start your recovery journey
💰 RATES & MOVE-IN
Shared Room: $695 to $795/month (ALL-INCLUSIVE)
Move-In Cost: $300 (Security Deposit: $0)

Fully furnished shared bedroom. All utilities (electric, gas, water). High-speed WiFi throughout. Everything you need to live comfortably. ONLY NOT INCLUDED: Your personal food.
